TIMELINE

The average timescale of an #outplacement program per participant is 2-3 months, followed by a 3-month onboarding facilitation period. 4 sessions are the minimum recommended length of an #outplacement program for an individual.

fee structure

The fee for #outplacement services is calculated upon the type and volume of individual and group session selected. Number of participants is always a key specific we take into consideration when proposing fee for #outplacement services.
